Project Brief
The 1000sqft cafe is a part of a larger sports complex sitting in the prominent lane of the city. We took the contextual advantage of the site and placed it as the linear facade of the complex with a dual view of the abutting lane and the view of the football court from the inside.
The exterior of the cafe is outlined with rich textured corten steel forming inclined faces as opposed to the existing green cover. On the other hand, the interior wall is fully glazed to absorb the atmosphere of the large sports field. We planned multiple seating with exterior, interior tables and bar counters overlooking the field.
